a satisfactory experience overall
professional staff subway access hallway noises blackout curtains
i appreciated the team was good and polite. they positively impacted my stay (they are quite helpful). the location next to the subway made navigating the city easy. the subway access made the hotel a cheaper alternative to midtown.
the lack of draft guards at the base of the room door meant i could clearly hear hallway noises. doors slamming and conversations were easily heard, hard to fall asleep. the window lacked blackout curtains. i was woken up by the sun earlier than i wanted.

a decent stay, some issues
friendly staff clean room convenient location security concern key entry system elevator access
the Staff was friendly. they were helpful when i needed directions. The room was nice and neat. its location was convenient for exploring the area.
i had serious security concerns. The key entry system seemed unneeded at night. The elevator didn't require a key. One evening i returned to my room and someone was loitering there.
